Here are a few case-binding ideas to develop our range and the options we can offer for bespoke books. Case-binding is a method of binding where the pages (called text-block) are attached to the cover using endpapers. For the finishing onto the covers, debossing is a popular method. We can either do lettering that is to say using the typeface we have in the studio to indent a title or name onto the book. Or we can get a foil-blocking die created to deboss a logo or specific shape. Both options can either be in various colours or left 'blind' which gives a more subtle result.
